About Enistic Energy Management Systems
Energy & Carbon Management
Established in 2002 by leading Internet entrepreneur, Darryl Mattocks, Enistic has been helping thousands of companies throughout the world to reduce their energy use and carbon footprint ever since.
We provide compliance services (over 2,500 ESOS site audits conducted), design and bureau services to make it easier for energy managers to reduce their energy expenditure, energy consumption, carbon footprint and comply with their legal obligations. Much of the work we carry out utilises our in-house energy management software that we have created to automate many of the day-to-day aspects of energy management.
We focus exclusively on medium to large non-residential sectors with a speciality in compliance and low-carbon consultancy. Our customers include some of the most prestigious brands in the world as well as energy management companies, energy service companies and energy-conscious electrical contractors worldwide. Our systems are of primary interest to companies that have a need to understand where their energy is being used and what they can do to reduce their carbon use and/or meet various energy-related legal obligations.
We hope you find our solutions beneficial and together we can tackle the problems we all face with both rising energy costs and global CO2 emission levels.
With headquarters in Oxford and subsidiaries throughout Europe, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa, we have a strong global presence. Our systems are distributed worldwide and are fully scalable and tailor-made to suit each organisation’s requirements.

Good energy management leads to cost-effective decision making
The most compelling business reason for saving energy is reducing energy costs. Most organisations can save up to 20% on their fuel bills simply by better managing their energy use and investing in cost-effective measures.
The Carbon Trust has seen good energy management result in savings of 5%-25%, with typical payback periods of two years or less, across a diverse range of companies. It is not unusual to save 5%-10% with just minimal capital expenditure. Enistic’s aM&T solution and systems are Carbon Trust Approved. We are a Carbon Trust Accredited Supplier and listed in their Green Business Directory.

Enhanced Capital Allowance – Energy Technology List
Our aM&T solutions are not only officially recognised as being energy efficient but clients can now qualify for up-front tax relief through the Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme.
The Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme is a key part of the Government’s programme to manage climate change. It provides businesses with enhanced tax relief for investments in energy saving equipment. The scheme enables businesses to claim a 100% first year capital allowance on investments in Enistic energy saving equipment, against the taxable profits of the period of investment.
Additional benefits of purchasing energy efficient technologies could include lower energy bills, and/or reduction in Climate Change Levy or CRC payment.
